Tecumseh Boys Swim takes on Dexter and Erie Mason

The Tecumseh High School Boys Swim Team competed against Dexter High School and Erie Mason High School on Thursday, February 7 at The Tecumseh Community Pool. The final scores were Dexter 140, Tecumseh 40; Erie Mason 105, Tecumseh 64; and Dexter 147, Erie Mason 33.

The Tecumseh boys had 15 season best times, 13 of which were high school career best times. Noah Manuszak led the pack with 4 High School Career Best Times (2 relay splits, 200 IM, 100 Breaststroke); Alex Mitchell, Gabe Roberts, Max Gilbert, and Giovanni Lore each had 2 High School Career Best Times; and Kyle Mitchell had 1 High School Career Best Time.

The Tecumseh High School Boys Swim Team will next take on Huron, Chelsea, and Adrian on Tuesday, February 12 at Huron High School. 

Four members of the Tecumseh High School Boys Swim Team will participate in the Michigan Interscholastic Swim Coaches Association (MISCA) Meet this Saturday at Eastern Michigan University. The team of Giovanni Lore, Alex Mitchell, Kyle Mitchell, and Gabe Roberts qualified in the 200 Medley Relay and the 200 Freestyle Relay. Kyle Mitchell will also be swimming in the 50 Freestyle and the 100 Butterfly and Giovanni Lore will also be swimming in the 50 Freestyle and 100 Freestyle.
