Welcome Winter and the Holiday Season!

Aidan, Jack and Thomas record the district's holiday greeting with Kathy Williams from WLENBells will be jingling and tiny elves will be hard at work getting ready for the holidays! Check back here for information and updates about how our buildings are spreading Christmas cheer. More details will be added as they become available.

Santa's Secret Shop and Winter Dinner
Shh! Elves will be scurrying to select gifts for loved ones at Santa's Secret Shop on Wednesday and Thursday, Dec. 5 and 6. Learners can shop during this time or at the Winter Dinner.

Winter Dinner will be held Thursday, Dec. 6 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. with King Pancake will serving up his famous pancakes and sausage. Dinner is $5 for adults, $3 for kids or $15 per family. Tickets will be sold for a classroom basket raffle for $1 each or 6 for $5.

 


 

South Early Learning Center

PTO Santa Shop and Santa Supper
South PTO will host Santa Shop to allow learners to choose gifts for the special people in their lives. Kindergarten learners will shop with a helper on Wednesday, Dec. 12 and first graders will shop on Thursday, Dec. 13. The Santa Shop will also be open during Santa Supper on Dec. 14 from 5:30-7 p.m.

Holiday Gift Shop
The Holiday Gift Shop at Compass makes it possible for children to experience the joy of choosing their own special holiday gifts for family and friends. The Shop will be open from Monday, Dec. 3 through Friday, Dec. 7. 

We need a few volunteer elves to help run the shop, help learners select gifts and stay on budget, cash them out and restock shelves. Please visit SignUp Genius to sign up.

Holiday Sing-A-Long
Get into the holiday spirit with an evening of music! Compass learners and their families and our community neighbors are invited to join us in the Library / Media Center from 7 - 8 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 17.
