Head Lifeguard -- JOB POSTING

  • The Head Lifeguard will aid the Aquatics Director in the implementation and supervision of Community Programs & staff lifeguards

  • Act as Lead Supervisor on deck during shift

  • Aid in staff scheduling

Staff Lifeguard -- JOB POSTING

  • Helping the Head Lifeguard on duty with opening and closing procedures

  • Supervising the swimming area

  • Making sure all facility rules are followed by all patrons

Water Aerobics Instructor -- JOB POSTING

  • Provide class participants with a well-designed, physically safe water aerobics class

  • Responsible for planning, coordinating and teaching water aerobics classes

  • Works to ensure safety and general welfare of the public engaging in all fitness classes

Noon Supervisor -- JOB POSTING

  • Monitoring of cafeteria, hall and outside recess area during student lunch hours

  • Noon Supervisor must realize the lunch period is a time of socialization for students in an acceptable manner and some noise will exist

  • Work with parents of secondary students to increase their understanding and involvement in resolving their children's problems, awareness and use of available resources for themselves and their children

Middle School Guidance Counselor -- JOB POSTING

  • Works with individual secondary students to address their personal and academic needs

  • Maintains confidential student records, attends career preparation meetings, coordinates with LISD TECH Center staff to ensure proper student placement and monitors student progress
