Group A will attend on August 17th and 19th, and Group B will attend on August 18th and 20th. All Young 5's and kindergartners will attend on Friday, August 21st. Here's a little more about Mr. Bahlau: 🚴 Loves life on two wheels, whether it's cycling or riding a motorcycle. Zak has traveled to Toronto multiple times for bicycle trips. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Comes from a family of small business owners and spent summers working at the Stagecoach Stop and Golden Nugget in the Irish Hills. 🍖 Still enjoys helping out at his dad's restaurant, Randy's BBQ, during the summer whenever an extra hand is needed. We love the unique experiences and passions each of our staff members bring to TPS. Congratulations to Trent Fahle, who was named the LISD Tech Center’s 2026 Gold Hammer Award winner! 🔨🏆 Trent’s passion for the building trades, dedication to the Residential Construction program, and commitment to hands-on learning helped him stand out among an outstanding group of candidates. Our CTE Engineering students had an incredible opportunity to learn from a panel of professionals from across the state working in architecture, surveying, and engineering. They explored a variety of career paths, educational programs, licensure requirements, typical salary ranges, and some of the most exciting aspects of these fields. Congratulations to Alyssa Eder, 11th grade member of the THS Symphony Band. On Saturday, April 18th, Alyssa performed with the Kalamazoo Concert Band as the winner of their Youth Soloist Competition, playing the first movement of the Reinecke “Concerto in D Major for Flute.” In addition to earning the opportunity to perform in concert with the KCB, Alyssa also received a scholarship for this incredible accomplishment. Congratulations, Alyssa! We are proud of you!
